At Bogart's Jewellers, we want you to cherish your purchase forever; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your unworn items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Please note that custom-engraved pieces and final sale items are ineligible for return to maintain the exclusivity of our collections.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our concierge team with your order number to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place your jewelry in its original designer packaging, ensuring all certificates of authenticity and tags are included.

  Secure Shipping

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, ensuring the parcel is securely sealed.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master jewelers verify the condition of the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
